October 11, 2023: Part of my daily physical therapy is sitting in a chair, wearing a brace, and screaming and crying with severe pain. It's really a slice of Hell.
(I had two recent spinal surgeries. Last year, I had my quadruple coronary artery bypass surgery in March and two reconstructive chest surgeries in May.)
