Due to my plethora of Facebook posts regarding my medical conditions and hospital sojourns, I must mention that the purpose of these posts is to disseminate information to my friends and family members, and tangentially to solicit prayers and well-wishes. I seek no sympathy. I know there are millions of people around the world who are encountering many worse medical challenges. I pray for them and wish them well.
