This is quite true. It is a lifelong endeavor. Actually, it only seems that way. I was a journalist from 1982 to 2017, so during that time, I have had tens of thousands of deadlines, oftentimes rushing through my piles of work to get there. That is why I have always made it a point to excessively live my personal life at an extremely slow, relaxed, almost lazy pace. I even purposely walk slowly. (Am I overthinking again?)
