Taste Test: Ka'chava Shake Powder (Sept. 21, 2024)I created and uploaded a video onto my YouTube channel: It's a taste test of Ka'chava shake powder with which to make healthy shakes. I decided to try it to regain my strength following six surgeries in two years (March 2022 to April 2024), plus other recent medical issues.
