Well, that was quite a thrill, but not in a fun way. Basically, I woke from a short evening nap in my hospital bed to find that my right arm was covered in blood.
I apparently inadvertently yanked out my intravenous port that I was using to receive many bags of intravenous antibiotic infusions for the severe, painful cellulitis infection within my right foot/ankle/leg.
I have been admitted to hospitals MANY times during recent years with cellulitis infections in both of my legs, separately, due to lingering diabetic ulcers.
