July 13, 2023: This early evening, my wonderful wife made another batch of these snacks: Phyllo (Filo) dough filled with fresh spinach, sautéed onions, butter, ricotta cheese, raw egg, ground black pepper, and an Italian six-cheese blend (Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesan, Asiago, Fontina, and Romano), and then baked.
