October 8, 2023: Late last night, I received an intravenous blood transfusion (blood type: O+). I have been dealing with low hemoglobin levels for many months. In the recent past, I have received intravenous blood transfusions and also intravenous transfusions of iron. I have also been taking iron pills. (I had spinal surgery on September 2, 2023, and on October 6, 2023.)
