This may sound strange, but I like drinking ice-cold water while sucking on a Pep O Mint Lifesavers mint. The peppermint flavor makes the water more refreshing. I have tried peppermint-flavored bottled water, but the flavor was much less intense.
Espresso is my favorite beverage. I like a Ristretto, which is a short shot of a more highly concentrated Espresso.My favorite alcoholic beverage is Campari and Orange Juice over ice.
My favorite soda is Almdudler, which is an Austrian carbonated drink made with grape juice, apple juice, and 32 natural herbs. It tastes like a fruity ginger ale. I first enjoyed it on one of my many journeys to Austria to visit my Austrian cousins and to go skiing in the Austrian Alps with several of them. I don't think that Almdudler is sold in the United States. I can purchase it on Amazon, but the price is a bit high. I haven't had it in many years, so I may soon place an order for it.

I do monitor what I eat due to Diabetes, Congestive Heart Failure, and Restrictive Lung Disease, but I could be more diligent.
