Happy 16th wedding anniversary to my wonderful wife. Here we are, ready to cut into the first of our three chocolate-raspberry cakes at our wedding reception on February 4, 2006. As per tradition, the two of us enjoyed eating the smaller, elevated cake not-so-fresh from the freezer on our first anniversary.
