Pasta Shells With Sugo

This early evening (February 1, 2022), my wonderful wife made pasta shells stuffed with ricotta cheese; topped with our homemade Sugo (Italian tomato sauce) that my wife and I recently made; then topped with shredded Italian cheeses (Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesan, Asiago, and Romano); and then baked. It is one of my favorite Italian dishes.
