Cauliflower Pizzas
This early afternoon (October 29, 2022) for lunch, my wonderful wife made these two pizzas with packaged cauliflower crusts; the sugo (tomato sauce) we recently made; and a blend of five shredded Italian cheeses: mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, asiago, and romano. They were exceptionally delicious.
