For dinner, my wonderful wife made green and yellow bell peppers stuffed with ground beef, Israeli couscous, minced garlic, chopped sweet onions, onion powder, and ground black pepper; with tomato sauce mixed with dried basil (bottom and top); topped with a blend of grated Parmesan and Romano cheeses; topped with a blend of shredded Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesan, Asiago, and Romano cheeses; and then baked.
