My Birthday Dinner

For my 62nd birthday celebration today, my terrific mother created this Italian feast for me: her famous Caprese antipasto, and also pasta shells stuffed with ricotta cheese with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, and then baked. It was delicious. Thanks, Mom. I love you.

This afternoon, my wife and I retrieved my birthday cake, an Austrian Sachertorte (chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and apricot jam). I have eaten many pieces of the original Sachertorte at the Sacher Hotel in Vienna, Austria.
