This afternoon, my wonderful wife made a whole bunch of these snacks: Phyllo (Filo) dough filled with fresh spinach, sautéed onions, ricotta cheese, raw egg, garlic, ground black pepper, and an Italian cheese blend (Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesan, Asiago, Fontina, and Romano), and then baked. I am enjoying these with a side of pitted black olives.
