Stuffed Bell Peppers

My wonderful wife made stuffed bell peppers, with ground beef, tomato sauce, ricotta cheese, and an Italian blend of six shredded cheeses (Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesan, Asiago, Fontina, and Romano). She didn't use her usual rice or Israeli couscous this time.
