September 18, 2023, The Isles Nursing & Rehab Center, Boynton Beach, Florida: I prefer Swiss cheese or Provolone on my burgers, but I do eat McDonald's cheeseburgers with American "cheese," which I don't like all that much. I never, EVER put any vegetables on my cheeseburgers, meaning lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc., although I will sometimes put sliced pickles between the cheese and the top bun.
