This afternoon, my wonderful wife made these Thai Summer Rolls: shrimp, carrots, romaine lettuce, purple cabbage, and cucumbers, wrapped in rice paper and served cold. Here are some of them that I dipped in Satay (spicy peanut) sauce. They were quite delicious.
