Cannoli, Fudge & Turkey

Today is National Cannoli Day !!! Cannoli are my favorite Italian dessert and one of my favorite all-time desserts. They are Sicilian pastries consisting of tube-shaped shells of fried pastry dough, filled with a sweet, creamy filling containing ricotta. I have eaten hundreds of them during my lifetime (so far). I'm half Italian.
