Kamala Harris and other Democrats are calling Donald J. Trump and other Republicans "weird." Weird is a neutral word. It is neither good nor bad. In this situation, unsuccessful people consider successful people to be weird because the unsuccessful people simply do NOT have the intellect to understand the successful people.
