Stuffed Peppers

My wife made bell peppers stuffed with browned ground beef; cooked Israeli couscous; mushrooms, onions, and garlic sautéed in olive oil; ground black pepper, and dried basil, topped with the tomato sauce my wife and I made yesterday; then topped with Italian cheeses (Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesan, Asiago, and Romano); and then baked at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
