R.I.P. David Johansen, aka Buster Poindexter ... WOW !!! Before he became Poindexter, Johansen opened for The Who when I attended a concert at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, Long Island, New York, in 1982. (He was a former member of the group New York Dolls.)
