The fourth video is pertinent, because, due to medical issues, I have NOT been able to walk without support in about four years. I have engaged in occupational therapy and physical therapy multiple times at home and while living in rehabilitation facilities after enduring eight surgeries between March 2022 and November 2025. I am still engaging in physical therapy (at home now), and I hope to be able to walk soon without the assistance of a rolling walker and a wheelchair, both of which I use, powered by my feet/legs to tool around our condo-apartment.
I use an app titled Sora to create these videos. My podiatrist told me about it. It's free to make nine-second-long videos, but there is a charge to make longer videos. I opted for the free version.
To start, you go to the app, upload a photo of yourself, take a video of yourself saying three numbers and then looking to the right and to the left, and sometimes above and maybe below, if necessary. The app is then able to create AI videos of yourself based on your visual and audio inputs.
When you make a video, you just tap on your photo to access your information, write a few words, click on the arrow, and in a minute or two or three, it creates the AI video. I then use the InShOt app, as I always do for my YouTube channel videos, especially for my piano improvisational videos, to string my AI videos together. I have made two other AI video compilations of myself.
