Pasta Shells With Ricotta

This evening, my wonderful wife made pasta shells filled with ricotta cheese, with the tomato sauce that we recently made together, topped with a five-cheese Italian blend (Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesan, Asiago, and Romano), and then baked.
