I like cheese curds, especially in poutine. Our nearby Culver's offers breaded cheese curds on their menu. (I first enjoyed cheese curds in Missouri in the mid- to late 1980s, when I was studying for my master's degree in journalism at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri.)
