How do you like your burgers?
I like medium-rare hamburgers with:
1. cheese (Swiss, Provolone or Blue) with mayonnaise and ketchup
2. a fried egg and ketchup (no mayo)
3. just peanut butter
*NEVER with lettuce, raw tomatoes, raw onions*
