December 6, 2022, St. Nicholas Day
This early evening (December 6, 2022), my wonderful wife made pasta shells stuffed with ricotta cheese; topped with tomato sauce; then topped with shredded mozzarella cheese; and then baked. It is one of my favorite Italian dishes. The smaller dish of shells is for my mother who lives nearby. My wife also made garlic bread.
