My wonderful wife made bell peppers stuffed with ground beef, Israeli couscous, onions sautéed in a little olive oil, garlic powder, dried basil, and ground black pepper topped with tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese, and then baked. She brought some to my mom who lives nearby.
