The cheeses I prefer on my burgers are blue, Swiss, or Provolone, but I do eat McDonald's cheeseburgers with American "cheese," which I don't like all that much. I never, EVER put any vegetables on my (cheese)burgers, meaning no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions, although I will sometimes put sliced pickles between the cheese and the top bun. My topping preferences for my burgers are either:
1. mayonnaise and ketchup2. fried egg and ketchup
3. only peanut butter (no ketchup)
