This afternoon, I submitted my product review to the website of Ka'Chava, the brand of health shakes that I have been drinking.
https://www.kachava.comSeptember 5, 2025: I am celebrating my first anniversary with Ka'Chava today. I decided to try Ka'Chava in an attempt to regain my strength following six surgeries in about two years: 1. Quadruple Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery in March 2022; TWO related Chest Surgeries due to complications, both in May 2022; Spinal Surgery due to a disk infection in September 2023; another Spinal Surgery due to a bone infection requiring the attachment of a titanium metal rod to my spine in October 2023; and Right Ankle Surgery due to a bone infection in April 2024. After these six surgeries, I realized that I wasn't really getting much stronger and that my recovery was noticeably protracted. I decided to start drinking Ka'Chava shakes in conjunction with my prescription medications and my attempted exercises. My first bag was Coconut Açai. My second bag was Chocolate. My subsequent bags have all been Vanilla, mainly because it is a good canvas. I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I typically add a banana and/or blueberries, sometimes a little chocolate syrup, sometimes honey, and sometimes real maple syrup. I have also added orange marmalade and red raspberry jam. I am awaiting delivery on a small bottle of liquid magnesium, which I will also add a few drops to each of my shakes. Thank you for your help. I am feeling stronger these days, and I imagine that my strength will continue to increase.
