For dinner, my wonderful wife made one of my favorite meals: boiled pork chops. They are boneless with an onion soup-mushroom gravy, served over fusilli pasta. She also roasted cauliflower in olive oil. We also enjoyed canned green peas with butter. I enjoyed the peas with the addition of three shredded Italian cheeses: Parmesan, Asiago, and Romano.
