Dinner: Stuffed Peppers

For dinner, my wonderful wife made stuffed green bell peppers: ground beef, Israeli couscous, sweet onions, tomato sauce, dried basil, onion powder, ground black pepper, and topped with cheeses (grated Parmesan, Asiago, and Romano) and sliced Provolone. (bowl: extra Israeli couscous)
