In celebration of Canadian Thanksgiving (a day early), my wonderful wife created this delicious dinner: stuffed turkey roll ups; extra stuffing with dried cranberries; mashed potatoes sprinkled with paprika; extra gravy; cranberry sauce; white shoepeg corn; and green peas.UPDATE: My wife is from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, so we celebrate both Thanksgivings.
