Knödelsuppe (Knoedelsuppe)

This afternoon, my wonderful wife made this big pot of Knödelsuppe (Knoedelsuppe). She brought a big container of it to my mother, the amount of which is not shown in this photo.

Trivia: The company "College In" makes broths and stocks by boiling the "collagen" out of animal bones. College In and collagen sound about the same.
