This afternoon, my wonderful wife made this delicious Greek dinner: Spanakopita [spinach and cheeses (feta, ricotta, parmesan, and romano) in phyllo/filo dough]; marinated chicken with sautéed onions; and salad [tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, black olives, and feta cheese, with homemade dressing]. Also: pita bread.
