Today Is ...

My favorite sandwich is smoked turkey; Swiss cheese; mustard; mayonnaise; and ground black pepper. I am also partial to the standard club sandwich and also the Monte Cristo with grape jelly.

I must mention my mom's delicious mozzarella cheese sandwiches: She dips them in beaten eggs on both sides, fries them in butter on both sides, puts them on a plate, and then pours  tomatoes sauce on top. I have enjoyed them since I was a kid in the 1960s. Many thanks go to Mom.
