Many thanks go to my wonderful wife for making me Chicken-Broccoli Piccata (sauce: butter, olive oil, chicken broth, lemon juice, pickled capers, garlic powder, and ground black pepper) on Rigatoni (pasta). Pickled capers is my favorite pizza topping.
