My wonderful wife made this for dinner (and beyond): Chicken Breasts stuffed with Spinach and Boursin Shallot & Chive Gournay Cheese over Rigatoni Pasta. I sprinkled a fair amount of crushed red pepper flakes on top for a little fire.
