Italian Christmas Cookies

This late afternoon into early evening, my wife and I made Italian Ricotta Christmas Cookies (from scratch). I am half Italian, so these cookies are dear to my heart. I am in the midst of creating a video about today's culinary exploits for my YouTube channel, so watch for the link.
