Today Is ...

I do like pfannkuchen, flapjacks, well, pancakes, especially with chocolate chips. I also like blueberry pancakes. Musts are butter and real maple syrup. My wonderful wife made many chocolate chip pancakes yesterday, so I will eat some of them today, as I did yesterday.

Not that long ago, I got the idea that I could make this brand-new sauce by mixing mayonnaise and pickle relish. I then realized that I just made tartar sauce. Oh, well.
