Dinner: Italian Casserole
This afternoon (October 16, 2022), my wonderful wife made this delicious Italian casserole. The ingredients are: sliced eggplant roasted in olive oil with garlic powder, dried basil, and ground black pepper; spaghetti; ricotta cheese; shredded cheeses (mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, asiago, and romano); grated cheeses (parmesan, asiago, and romano); and the sugo (tomato sauce) that we made together this afternoon.
