For dinner, my wonderful wife made green bell peppers stuffed with ground beef, fresh onions, fresh garlic, ground black pepper, dried basil, and Acini di Pepe (tiny pasta), with tomato sauce, topped with an Italian cheese blend (Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesan, Asiago, and Romano), and then baked. (She usually uses Israeli couscous as the pasta.)
