My wonderful wife made baked bell peppers stuffed with ground beef, diced onions, minced garlic, dried basil, ground black pepper, and Acini di Pepe (tiny pasta), with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese on top. She typically uses Israeli couscous, which is a small, but larger, spherical pasta.
