Today Is ...

Today is National Cold Cuts Day. My favorite cold cut is known by several names: hot (spicy) capicola; also, capocollo; coppa; gabagool. Here is an online photo. My wife is at the supermarket, so I placed a request for a quarter pound of the hot stuff.
